Returns the driver, vehicle and last known position for a delivery — the data
behind a live tracking map.

Fields fill in as the provider reports them: expect nulls and
driver_location_available: false between dispatch and driver assignment.
Poll this endpoint, or subscribe to the channel.delivery_update webhook to be
pushed the same data as it changes.
